BGPayMail Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the BGPayMail program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. BGPayMail may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with BGPayMail.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the BGPayMail program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws. However, We do not accept members from : Bangladesh, China, India, Pakistan, Poland or Russia. Anyone signing up from these countries, without prior written permission from BGPayMail's Admin, will have their accounts deleted.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing BGPayMail account. CHEATERS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED AND ALL OF THEIR MONEY'S DONATED TO CHARITY.
You will use your email address/username and password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your BGPayMail account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by BGPayMail be detected, it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up BGPayMail. You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with BGPayMail. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from BGPayMail, limited to no more than (10) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from BGPayMail, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and BGPayMail are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and BGPayMail. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of BGPayMail. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using BGPayMail.
Limitation of Liability:
BGPayMail will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or BGPayMail program, even if BGPayMail has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, BGPayMail aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
BGPayMail. Members are rewarded for their efforts to support the advertiser's ad campaign. Members may also earn by referring new members to the BGPayMail program. Referrers will receive $0.05 per new affiliate that they directly refer to the BGPayMail program. Membership drive is open until further notice.
Members will be paid via ??? / eGold / NetPay. BGPayMail will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate of $3, $1 for Gold Members, both set by BGPayMail.
YOU MUST earn this by PERSONAL EFFORT by reading the email advertisements sent to You. Once the member has reached payout of their membership level, they may request payment. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR NON ACTIVE MEMBERS. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.
ALL PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS WILL INCUR A $0.30 FEE
Bonuses:
Signup Bonus: 30 cents
Referral Bonus: 5 Cents
Performance Bonus: $2.70 (one-time only if eligible, at Admin's discretion)
Performance Bonus will be given only when:
Member has reached the required minimum of $3 in PERSONAL ** EARNINGS ** by reading the Advertsments emails, not including any signup or referral bonuses and are paid at the Admin's discretion.
BONUSES ARE PAID TO ACTIVE MEMBERS ONLY!! Inactive Accounts are DELETED EVERY 30 days and Your payout is affected by it. No COMPLAINTS regarding this matter will be ANSWERED.
Any Signup Bonus You may receive will be paid along with Your first eligible cashout. Referral Bonuses will ONLY be paid if they are 75% active and have at least earned 50 cents for themselves, on their own personal efforts
Any BONUSES, ARE JUST THAT, Bonuses, and are payable at the SOLE discretion of the webmaster, namely, the standing of Your account, Your support of those that are doing business with BGPayMail, or support the member or the site.
TERMS of Signups for offers
You must be active for at least 30 days in that program, or business.
Credits are given at the time of signup, but, payments for signing will be paid ONLY
when You've earned $3.00 by personal effort reading advertisements send to You and You requested Your Payout.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with BGPayMail and may result in legal prosecution. BGPayMail strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. BGPayMail may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. BGPayMail will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups. CHEATERS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED AND ALL OF THEIR MONEY'S DONATED TO CHARITY. Crooks and SPAMMERS will be deleted same as above plus REPORTED to the appropriate Authorities!! So watch Yourself. |
ADDENDUM to the Terms
BGPayMail will no longer be cooperating with GPTBoycott.com
due to the following reasons, few for now, but will be adding other
reasons as and when needed:
The very unprofessional, very biased handling by it's Management and Moderators of the PERCEIVED, UNFOUNDED,
(by them), 'issues' pertaining to BGPayMail.
No one, from the Management, ever, approached BGPayMail with anything, be it questions, defence, proofs of anything that could clear any 'perceived' problems.
Any member of BGPayMail will be required to use the services provided to them in the event of their dispute or complaint against BGPayMail, and are required to exhaust the channels provided on the site for such purposes.
Be it the Forum, Chat Room , or email, in regards of gripes, problems, or anything regarding their BGPayMail account or membership, and will have to use those facilities provided to amicable solve their 'whatever'.
If, by some reason it is not possible to solve the problem,
then they can try any other forum.
All the information is at the site and the Links are provided under the BGPayMail Menu.
Also, You must register Your email address, the information on how to do this is at the Forum.
If any member post a complaint on any other forum without first trying to solve it at BGPayMail provided facilities, WILL have their account deleted, and all earnings forfeited without recourse of an appeal. Period.
