Amy keep your chin up, I remember commenting on someone being an atheist and the reason he was so bitter on that circus and it was promptly deleted (so they delete comments they don't like too) and was told that religion should not come into the discussion. Also, I don't know about anyone else but since I quit GPTB I have been receiving a lot of spam about how to make money with Google adsense, Is anyone else? I just read the "mod" thread from where wil questioned the "ethics" of Amy and questioned Rob for appointing her as a moderator. I should have known it would be wil who started the mess, what with his "expertise" on ethics that are based on taking quotes out of context and twisting them to make them what they are not. And, that's all it took to stir the pot of poison against Amy. Amy was black balled by wil the minute word got out of her appointment. The reason? IMO wil was jealous because he wanted to be a moderator. It's obvious why he wasn't appointed as such, lol. Even as gutless as Rob is he wasn't stupid enough to do that. All in all, I think it's a good thing that Amy has experienced how cowardly the administration of GPTB really is, and, how lax they are in the administration of their rules of the forums being so violated by the "group." Much better to put honest hard work and effort into something more worthwhile than working with GPTB. Amy, you are too good for GPTB. I, too, admired GPTB until I realized it was created on the false pretence that boycotting sites would "help" the GPT Industry. More probable, was created with the foresight of gain from advertising - and, perhaps, to gain power over the industry. Nothing wrong with creating a site for gain, but.......who in hill needs a snot nosed brat to lead in judging in such an unjustified way the boycotting of sites?Only 10 complaints needed to boycott a site that has thousands of members?And, DO they REALLY take the time needed to verify those complaints? It's evident that they do not. Heck, moderators can't even keep up with the forums that are full of violations of the forum rules, so what makes one think they are qualified to boycott sites? Lies, quotes taken out of context for twisting purposes, name calling, bashing, defamatory remarks - and this HELPS the GPT Industry? There's ONE thing with which I agree that was posted by a few members there. That is to shut down GPTB. After all, it's apparent that no one, not even the "owner" takes the time to deal with the site. And, who wants to be a moderator with a 'group' that has control over an ownwer who either has no guts to lead in the right direction, or just doesn't care about anything but the income from the traffic generated by the "group's" smut talking. It's all backfiring now, thanks to those who have stood up against that site. And, yes, Amy, it is TIME to spread the word from our own experiences with them. Yes Donna, I read that thread also and its seems nothing but a 'lets get Amy', one personal attack after another. Of course they will call it something else, they always come up with some garbage to justify their bashing of others, those who are not in their little group and don't agree with them.They can twist it any which way they like, the point remains, gptB is NOT to be trusted, and should not be used for reference as even their forum rules say that they can't guarantee the accuracy of the content of anything on their site. Kind of funny, isn't it? They can't guarantee that the content of anything there is true but yet they want to be an authority on which site will be on the watch/boycott list?All I can say is,GIVE ME A BREAK. lol:)

Well once again gptB has proven they do and say anything to get their way and of course to get the traffic.'merlin' seems to have reported Amy for allegedly sending out paid ads to advertise her article and therefore been banned from participation here .It was NOT Amy who send those Ads out, BGPM send those to show how that circus over there works, which they just now proven again. They assumed (which they do a lot)it was Amy who did that and of course merlin jumped on that and did what he does best, report someone, whether he knew the truth of it or not.I said it before and I will say it again, gptB was created for one reason only, to generate traffic and with it the money .The little group there will personally attack, ridicule, embarrass, lie and report people to whomever the see fit at the time, not for the good of something but to draw traffic there.To do so they even attack family members of those who are on their agenda at the moment which they shown in this case with Amy here.

Let me get this straight. Without knowing WHO sent the ad, merlin ASSUMED it was AMY Lynn and reported HER as DOING it. SHE didn't SEND the ad. Nor did she AUTHORIZE it to be sent. It was read and shared among friends who thought it was a VERY important message that needed to be publicized so ALL could SEE what GPTBoycott REALLY IS! GPTBoycott can CRITISIZE ANYONE with their lies and the ways they DO things. And, what merling DID was a PRIME EXAMPLE of why Amy Lynn shared her experience. Maybe AC should take a second look at WHO reported her and WHO that person represents. GPTBoycott can dish it out but looks like they can't take it, huh? And they are lower than dirt in my eyes.

Well it didn't take long for the circus to prove once again that no one should dare criticise them, they have now got Amy banned from AC.

I would like to applaud ptrhost for attempting to be the voice of reason and stop the snide, malicious remarks made at GPTBoycott forum; however, as usual, any attempt to be reasonable is ignored in favor of vindictive, rude comments.

If the moderators at GPTB would at least act their ages, maybe some of what ptrhost is trying to explain would get through to them, but I'm not holding my breath that it will ever happen.

I find it difficult to understand how someone could feel good about reporting people to wherever. To the best of my knowledge, Merlin has reported people to Paypal, the IRS, and now AC. I'm sure there are many more places he has contacted about tons of issues.

In my book, a person like that is called a snitch, and usually not tolerated for long. Everyone knows a snitch will turn on any one at any given time, so all you "friends" of Merlin better be careful, 'cause I'm sure the time will come. People like him always slice their own throats eventually.

Other words for snitch are inform, talk, tell, BETRAY, give away, rat (on), turn in, blab, tattle, and tip (off). So, if I were a "friend" of Merlin's, I would be very, very afraid.

What's even worse is the idiot BRAGS and GLOATS about it, lol. Even snitches for the cops don't do that, lol. But, hey, at least street "wisdom" is better than no wisdom at all.

Merlin must be a pathetic seeker of the limelight who doesn't even realize that what he does (brag about snitching) will only bring his own demise.

I have more disrespect for merlin than I have respect for acting criminals that snitch just to stay out of jail. At least streetwise informants know better than to "inform" authorities with assumptions and twisting statements to appear as something they are not. There's no just cause for doing what merlin does. Let's hope the owner of AC reads our replies to AmyLnn's article and the letters we have sent.
